For those of you that live everyday with. Chronic pain like me i totally recommend trying doctor Rasta's product. I personally feel the topicals wotk better for my chronic knee and back pain. I started using doctarasta hemp body budder for minor aches and pains (sore feet, back, neck, etc). I realized after a little while that I was no longer using advil to relieve any pains. I use the budder anytime I have aches or just to prevent the aches. I use it at night and any aches and pains are gone in the morning. After not sleeping more than 2 hrs at a time at night, I started using doctarasta hemp oil, I now get 6 hours of sound sleep. I wake up feeling rested. I use the lip balm, which is great too. I keep the hemp oil roll on in my purse for those times when a little help is needed. This is handmade with the finest products. You know he truly cares about helping people and does not cut corners for a profit. By far the best product out there!
