this is the fourth or fifth time your staff has lied to my face about items they would restock, then upsold me on a product they knew nothing about. Also, I have paid for several items at this shop and EVERY one has been crap that has broken soon thereafter. I wanted to be nice and say good things, but now that I know it is most all of your staff that is not only manipulative, but utterly incompetent at helping you with brands unfamiliar, I will only say what is honest, and that is that your store is dishonest.

whomever owns this place needs to take a serious look at their employees and the devastating effect they are having on my desire to go there. Seriously dude, if you pride yourself on feedback received you need to take a look at your store.

for now I will go miles out of my way to get the product where I know it will be.

seriously, what smoke shop runs out of rolling papers, tells you they will restock them, then refuses to so they can upsell you on crap that is way overpriced?

I've shopped there before to pick up some screens or a old school bong, today I went in to buy some ejuice for the first time. I received a nice box mod as a gift and was nervous as how to buy what "special" lingo is used, i just didn't want to look too stupid. I was so wrong, everyone there was SUPER nice. Brandi was super helpful and mixed up my first juice....AWESOME. I thought i just popped the top on my favorite energy drink...AND THAT AIN'T NO BULL!!! With the specials and custom mix flavors I cant wait to go get more. Thank you all!!

Myxed Up sold my boyfriend a faulty torch and said over the phone they would replace it if they couldn't fix it. they couldn't fix it and REFUSED to replace or return it. they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and i HIGHLY regret spending 100s of dollars here with the way i was treated. i have missed over an hour of my shift waiting for the manager. the way i was treated was completely uncalled for and i do not recommend this store. they accused me and talked to me like i was some type of criminal and questioned me like i was in an interrogation room. they didn't believe me and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. i even had to call the denver store to intervene. i have never had an experience where i felt so degraded by a retail store that i spend SO much money at. over a $12 torch, they were completely asanine and couldn't even find the receipt in the computer unless the sales associate was lying, which is very plausable. please let me know if you have any questions. don't go here, trust me. it's not worth the stress, drama and stupidity.

i seriously cannot believe my eyes right now. a piece that Myxed Up Creations Pueblo sold me shattered ! i only had the electric nail (snow cloud) on for 20 minutes and it straight up shattered 5 minutes after i turned it off. i keep the rig at a temperature of 700. they guaranteed me that this would work. $30 wasted. absolute garbage. these people and this store are a COMPLETE waste of time. go elsewhere. t r u s t me. i would not steer you wrong on this. 🙅🏻❌ 🐍

I have bought multiple things from here and had great service but I bought one of their bangers carb cap and terp spheres n I got a 2 mm or less terp ball that gets sucked in every time I called to see if they would fix it cuz every display they had was either a 4mm to 6mm n they wouldnt fix it which is horrible I just ask yous fix it mixed up creations cuz that's false advertising

Awesome experience soon as i walked through the door. Great products. Great people. Great prices. Ill be back 4/20/17 for the event they are having all day.

The store manager (ahhhhhhhhhhh I can never remember your name, im so sorry!!!!!) Is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable, would recommend.

2 of 3 times I've been there, I was given a non functioning pen, and given the wrong product, with no chance for any exchange or refund. I even called in advance, left my name and problem, and they still didn't care who I was. He even asked for a receipt, because he thought I was a scammer.Today i was flatly ignored by the manager, after he agreed to help me find a product online, when they didn't have the mod I needed, and then all the clerk could do was keep offering me a mod too powerful. Every product they sell has a triple mark up. This dive is way down there with Mary Jane's haberdasher. Terrible. I would give a zero if I could. If they were to make things right, I would take this down, but I don't think that's possible. I highly recommend eBay instead: 1/3 the price, better service, ( idk how that's possible, but it is.), Just Google what u need before checkout. Wouldn't go back if it was the Apocalypse. The manager needs to work on leading by example: Take the initiative and help a distrought customer, don't ignore him and just wait til he walks out on his own..... I should have filmed it. Idk if you guys have a head office, but I'm looking into it. I feel, looking back, as if I was treated like a CRETIN.
