Herbin Living Smoke Shop, Kava Bar

Herbin is the BEST smoke shop in Miami! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they’re always nice! Derrick was awesome today! Brock, Chris and the rest of the team are cool! The outdoor patio is its own little oasis, but bring your bug spray or get eaten TF up! Lol Five Stars everyday for my favorite smoke shop in all of Miami!!!

I have been coming to this shop for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience with any of the employees or products. Derick specifically had always been very helpful when asked questions and his suggestions have never failed me. It’s far more than your average smoke shop, Herbin Living truly provides an experience if you are open to suggestions and having a full on experience rather than your regular in and out situation. I also have social anxiety and not once have I been triggered by the ambience so for those out there looking for somewhere that feels like home to purchase everything from vapes, incense, cbd products (both human and for pets), kratom, kava, and just so much more, at least pass by and check out the place for yourself and you will be surprised at just how versatile and welcoming this place truly is.

worked for them for 6 hours. Was overly qualified for the job. was even put on schedule for the rest of the week. I am a strong efficient leader, & I feel like the owner is doing himself a huge disservice by having a 19 year old “train & make executive decisions” over well qualified & experienced candidates.
this place is beautiful but has no excitement or spark within its atmosphere. the day before getting hired, the team including the owner & myself had an amazing conversation that lasted well over an hour. We went over my resume, my experiences, & what I seek to provide for the company. The owner & I seem to have been on the same idea &vision, w/ himself even adding that he sees me in a leading position w time. The 19-year-old, John, who is studying to be a scientist(exciting) seems to be adamant on Precision, as most scientists are. although this is an great trait, I don’t believe that I signed up to mimic research science by having some kid hover over me all day while applying timed PRESSURE to ensure that “I add the exact amount of company approved” ice cubes to a cup just to pour in a kava mix .Extreme HOSTILITY 4 what? Never have I seen Sum1 so upset over the fact that I was self-sufficient & didn’t bother with using measuring cups or counting cubes, I just either Scooped up the same amount of ice in a cup, or would ask for the customers preference. 3 customers telling me that they wanted very little ice. there was a trash that was in the middle of the pathway where the employees walk behind the stands & right next to the counters where the customers are drinking their cocktails. After voicing my concern that the trashcan is filled to the top with all types of gross napkins ,cups amongst other things, John the scientist told me it’s all right no one cares. w/ many years in hospitality & food service, I know personally that this image of used trash & gross napkins & utensils tends to be very displeasing & sometimes even a health issue to guests consuming a beverage. So instead I went ahead & simply moved the trash 2ft closer to the inside of the bar where it would be less noticeable , also adding space to the pathway where the employees are constantly buzzing through. It seems like the veteran managers took this as a sign of territory takeover, or maybe they saw my sure decisions as a threat to their rank position, cuz it seems like absolutely none of them have had the common sense to make the small obsolete changes that ultimately do affect the atmosphere & the psychology behind every guest. After being taught how to do simple searches on the POS system & ring things up with supervision along with transactions w/ no supervision and total success, they asked me if I could help one of the employees, a sweet girl named Gabby from Texas, count Kratom bags for inventory. I eagerly did so & counted the bags. w/ no guide & just common sense behind my belt, I just simply noted how many bags of every strain there was & did the inventory in about 10 to 20 minutes. I tried to help out my fellow cowgirl co-worker Count the bag since she was having a bit of struggle. sadly, I was met w/ a bit of disregard & standoffishness, as it seemed that she did not want any help or maybe felt a bit offended that I was trying to speed the easy process along. Little to say that my friend gaby took approximately 5 hours to count no more than 50 bags. i’m not here to judge anyone’s learning progress or work ethic, but this joint too much potential & could be one of the most popular places in South Florida, if it weren’t for the toxic, egotistical, entitled, belittling, aggressive, hostile, & anti-luv Group of “managers” that the owner has managed to rally up together. The word managers has to b thrown loosely. SASHA Seems to be the terminator, After about 5 hrs of working, finally her face surfaced and it wasn’t nice.

Friendly staff, positive vibes, and some of the most diverse selection of products for one store period. Whether you're going for a zen atmosphere and chill outdoor lounge, to bringing the zen to wherever you are yourself, it's the only shop I go to. And their reward system have me feeling like a VIP 😁🌴

Came for some kratom and kava, Tom took care of us, he was very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor sitting is very chill
