When I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating to come back at 1pm. I understand that employees are entitled to a break, if they are on break, but USUALLY businesses state on their website or business profile, if there will be a break. Otherwise, there would be another employee to take over while that said employee is on break. I traveled 30mins out of my way, I even called and no one answered. Hopefully I’ll be able to be a customer in the future. But we need to do better to not inconvenience potential customers and your regulars.
