I bought some d8 and a vape here. I don't think they really look into sourcing their products, the d8 did nothing (and I'm quite experienced with different brands and such) the vape that I bought was supposed to last 2500 puffs, and I get that duds happen, but I was both assured that they would replace it if it was. I came in the next day, showed the device and receipt, and I was dismissed with the "all sales final" and that they can't do replacements.
I don't appreciate being lied to to get a sale.

The sign on the store-front welcomed hippies, so I knew it was the place I wanted to visit. I was not disappointed. Found a great Christmas gift for my husband, and the prices were spot-on!

This place absolutely sucks. They know nothing about vapes, mods or tanks. The staff there have no clue about their job and you dont even keep the right coils in their right box. You probably have absolutely no clue of what you actually do have in. If your going to have someone selling anything make sure they know what they're talking about before you hire them worst shop ever, I'll make sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else. Hell even travel to Chattanooga where even though these guys get in new things everyday they learn their products. That what a good company does, learns their product. Y'all on the other hand will dwendle away because you don't learn.

Went in and bought a vape that was $15 not including the charger. Asked him if they last awhile and he said they are really good but it literally broke the next day. Wouldn’t recommend buying things here.

This store has so many beautiful novelty items, wonderful employees also. I hate going somewhere that is always buy, buy, buy. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, helpful, funny, and not too pushy. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends.
*Google maps did have the directions incorrect. If you don't see it in the plaza you're in- look across the street. 😁

I have been shopping at the chatsworth store for a few weeks now and I love it. The two that work there are the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. I had recently visited the dalton store hoping I would get the same knowledgeable, sweet customer service that was the opposite of what I had got. There was 2 girls working and neither one of them knew anything about what they were selling and the older one was so rude I just walked out. As much as I wanted to love the dalton store because they have so much more than chatsworth I will not be going back to dalton. If you want good knowledgeable customer service go to chatsworth!

Went once just to check the place out. As far as vape stuff goes this is by far the worst place to go. The woman there knew next to nothing about any of it, they sell batteries that should not be used and their juice isn't meant for much more than the pen style vapes.
