Loretta ROCKS!!!! My Husband and I were greeted with smiling eyes( you could see her smiling through her mask)😁😷!!! We told her our problem areas and she gave us samples of what she thought would help. We purchased some for our pets as well. We will DEFINITELY be BACK. Thank you!!!
