This place is new, so I decided to drop by to see what they had for sale. I ended up purchasing a gift (KOI 2000mg Tincture) for my best friend who uses CBD often. He used the product 4 times and gave the product a zero rating.
The sales associate who helped me during the time of purchase was extremely nice and knowledgable.
Unfortunately, the owner (Dave) rejected my refund request the next day. He claimed all sales were final and no returns. I will post a copy of my receipt. You can read for yourself. There are no disclaimers and the sales associate told me during the purchase that if I didn't like it, I would bring it back.
Please avoid this store. There are so many other CBD shops in the area that would love the business. I wasted $162.17 on such a poor product in a store with bad business practices.
Now I am forced to dispute this purchase through my credit card company. If I don't receive my refund, I will report this issue the GA Consumer Protection Agency along with the BBB for violating the Fair Business Practices Act.

A really neat shop that is staffed with some great people. I did my homework on CBD and thought I knew what I was getting into until I went into this store. The amount of products they have is massive. However, they take the time to explain to you the different ways CBD can be made and what the best product type would be for your condition. Super nice guys working there. I was never pressured or upsold. In fact, they did the opposite and told me to start with a low dose to see how my system reacted. I ended up getting their essentials kit which had five products from five different brands so that I could find the best one for me. Thank you Dave and Brandon for your help!

I can’t say enough about the guys that work here. Both my wife and I have been using CBD products for quite some time. We had been ordering our products online and then found this store through the store locator on the Koi CBD website. We live in Smyrna, so it was a little bit of a drive but well worth the trip! Not only do they sell the products that we use, but with a senior discount and of course no shipping charges or waiting on our package to come in the mail. We are saving money and eliminating the waiting period. We have dealt with the owner and several of the employees in the store since they have opened. They are always friendly, attentive and available to help. They have a big selection of CBD products and brands. While we are fans of Koi, my wife has tried a bath bomb and pain cream from some of the different brands that they offer. All were great! We have referred several of our friends to this store and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything.
