Such a cute shop! They have very affordable, cute pieces. And their incense smells AMAZING 😍🤤 Kenzie, and River are both so polite, and knowledgeable about their products. 10/10, would definitely recommend! 🤩

I had the opportunity to talk to River today at the Genies Lamp. He helped me understand more about CBD and the benefits of using kratom. I also asked what made him desire to open his shop and he simply replied " because I want to help people". I recommend anyone who may have questions to ask River he is very helpful and informative. Horrible customer service I've bought multiple disposable vapes from them some would burn out fast i would tell the owner just to let him know not asking for a refund but yesterday I went in bought a puff bar opened it up in front of the employee that was working there and took a hit and it did not work it was leaking juice so I told him hey you seen me open it up here and you seen it doesn't work then I asked can I switch it out for a new one he said no so I asked him can you call your boss and ask him if he could switch it out after asking him a couple times and him acting like it was such a big problem to call his boss/owner of this place he called him and then the owner River said the same thing no refunds after his employee just seen that i opened it up in the shop and tried it out there and it didn't even turn on or work don't waste your time or money at the genie lamp there's a vaping outlet it has much better service
