I love plant therapy! The stores are so fun to shop in. Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Best customer service hands down. The products are of the best quality. My favorite store. My husband brought me here for my birthday and said go nuts! I had a blast.

Plant Therapy produces a fantastic and seemingly endless selection of high quality essential oils and blends. Not only are they a locally owned business, which we are pleased to support, but the prices are fair and the staff wonderful!

I have not visited the store/corporate office in person, but have been a customer for years. They offer a wide variety of essential oils, carrier oils, hydrosols, and more. Plus all the accessories! All of their products are great quality at a reasonable price.

They have a wonderful kid-safe line that is fantastic and just as effective for the whole family to use.

The Oil of the Month Club is a neat feature they offer, where you can subscribe and automatically receive a new oil each month that is not in their regular line up.

Above all else, their customer service can not be beat!!

Went in to check out their new downtown store, ended up getting some chapstick, refillable soap (magnolia and black pepper, smells great) and since deodorant. I've used natural deodorants before and haven't been impressed. I like what I got- grapefruit and cardamom- and halfway through the day at work, I'll smell something good and then I'll realize 'hey, that's me!'

Loved our first experience at this shop. Very helpful and welcoming! They know their products and help you find the oil that best fits your situation. Great prices! We got unexpected discounts and a free essential oil with our purchase. Highly recommend:)

Love the quality and care that the company puts into their essential oils. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and really enjoy incorporating the oils into my practice. I love these so oils so much, that I convinced my husband to go to Twin Falls on a trip around the country just so we could visit Plant Therapy! I know that sounds silly, but they did not disappoint! What an amazing and friendly company. They gave us a tour of their operations and were so helpful in answering all of our questions. EVERYONE, from the people in the store, to the Director of Operations were incredibly nice and gave us free gifts. After traveling around the country, I’ve found that visiting a company‘s headquarters has been pretty anti-climatic..... not Plant Therapy. What a fun place! I believed in their product before, but now I’ll definitely be a Plant Therapy lifer....even my husband liked it! Thanks again! That was a great stop!

Before you order, think twice. I did a review on an oil in which I stated I did not like the scent! never asked for a refund or anything else. I was contacted via e-mail to state they would refund the amount I paid but not the bonus points I had used. I kindly asked to have my account closed, that should have been the end of it, the customer service continued on with e-mails saying so you want to completely delete your account? I made it very clear in the previous e-mail to close my account. This has been going on for 8 days, this morning I am checking my e-mail and again the customer service person emails me again with the following: ***** We are so happy to hear that you will be going to another oil company. We try to provide the best customer service we can by refunding our customers when they are displeased with a product. We hope you are able to find what you are looking for in your future oily journey. ************ What poor customer service and aggravation. I would not refer this company. I can only imagine the drama that would have ensued had I asked for a refund.
