Very chill environment, the people behind the counter know what they're talking about and aren't pushy about selling items and are genuinely interested in getting you something you want as apposed to pushing product out of the door. Juice and materials and very very reasonably price and high quality. Only shop in town I trust with my vape needs.

The first time i stepped foot into SmokinClouds i was instantly hooked. The atmosphere alone was enough to catch the eye, verry clean and uncongested unlike many shops i have been to. The verry wide selection keeps you indecisive and entertained while making your next purchase. I have have been going here for around a half year. Totally ditched the last shop i was loyal to. Most of all the man who owns the shop has great energy and is very professional when assisting your needs. Istop in 4/7 days a week the great choices and service keeps me coming back again n again🙌

I came into Smokin Clouds a little over a month ago for CBD oil. I suffer from a range of things that it's supposed to help with! Well... Not only was the CBD oil a miracle so was my luck of choosing this place & Nabeel being behind the counter! He set me up w/a great mod & the oil. He was so helpful & knowledgeable, not to mention... Patient! Lol! I've been back to the store now on several occasions & have only been happier everytime I've walked out of there! Nabeel has gone out of his way to order & get anything I need in a timely manner & always with a smile! I travel a bit of a distance to go here but, it's well worth it! If I ever have any questions or requests for supplies a quick text to him will offer me a quick response & a quick turnaround if what I need isn't in the store at the time. Nabeel is literally right at your fingertips (except when he's sleeping😉)! I've been more than happy with all of my purchases at Smokin Clouds. But most importantly, you just don't find customer service like Nabeel offers anywhere! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMOKIN CLOUDS!!!

First time coming here and Nabeel was incredibly helpful. I have never been aware of vape life lol but he took time to not only explain the difference between all the juices and the pros and cons but he replaced my juice and coils for me showing me how to do it to make it last the most effectively. Apparently you aren't supposed to clean the coil with a qtip, and it's not supposed to be replaced once a year! Lmao. Excellent prices and best customer service. True g.

If Customer service was an art, then the owner of this store is Picasso! I have yet to have a question left unanswered or not enthusiastically pursued. Prices are fair and very reasonable.

Went here to find vape juice for my son and ended up walking out with far more knowledge than I thought I needed to know. I was so curious about every product and it's use and the glass pieces they carry are stunning. Great staff that was so patient answering all my curious questions.

7 months tobacco free and alot of it is because of the support and hands on help from these guys. They are who you want as a beginner wanting g to quit smoking cigarettes. Very personable, very helpful, and I see them all the time now as it is the ONLY place I will go. Thank you Smoking Clouds!!!
