Friendly people and an absolutely ridiculous amount of unique glass.i was very impressed from the variety of CBD and Kratom they had. I have seen some nice shops in my day, but if you're looking for something a bit unique this place can not be overlooked.
Helpful people and a great selection are the formula for a successful business.

People are awesome, prices are reasonable for cook county. Watch out tho if you use Posh disposable vapes. Got one there that had a fake serial number when I tried to register it. Kind of upset because it's my go-to spot. I have bought many Poshes from there and this was my first bad one tho. Maybe a fluke I'm not sure.

Good customer service and decent prices but they don't open on time. The time on the door says they open at 10am and even says 10am on Google but they don't.. I've waited almost hour and then I left. One customer that was waiting at the door with me said they never open on time and 3 other customers showed up and left. just change your opening hours if that is the case. Somewhat misleading

Constantly getting in new products, if you haven't been in a while, you need to make a visit. The go to for CBD products if you struggle with pain. Everything from Vape juice for anxiety and pain to Lotions and they can even help your pets.... Love this place, Great products.... Fantastic prices, even more Fabulous owners! Safe to say your One Stop Shop for all your smoking Necessities. Point Blank these guys are very knowledgeable they know their products and they know which products to sell obviously I came in here for some coils and these guys had it just happened to walk in off the street amazing everything that I needed for my smoking needs was mad at this location the staff is friendly in the management keeps a very clean establishment keep up the good work by providing top of the line products and customer service and I will definitely be a returning customer. Awful customer service. This unbelievable rude attendant with a backwards hat could not be bothered to answer simple questions about the Vape mods and tried to charge me $90 for a mod that costs $50 online. They deserve to close soon.

I went to this shop a couple of days ago and they helped me find everything I needed. I purchased a set of coils but when I got home, I opened the box and they had replaced one of the coils with a different kind than the kind I thought I purchased. The package holding the coils had already been ripped open as well. Luckily the two other coils were the ones I was expecting. I have only gone to this location once but I would hope that they don't have this kind of service for myself again along with others. I decided to keep the incorrect coil since they all work the same but I am disappointed.

My 18 year old son came in this store on April 2nd and he wasn’t carded or anything but he was able to purchase one of your products for $5.50. The transaction is on the card! Your company and Bridgeview location. I have reported this transaction. It’s people like you all that allows our youth to do drugs and develop an addiction before they are 21 years of age. We try to protect them but you take their money on a daily! That’s all you care about!

How this place only received a 4.2 rating I don't understand!!! I would give Tuff Puff 10 stars if i could. Mike is a Great Helpful person. Very knowledgable on his products. The store is Packed with Great Products at Great prices. If he don't have it he will get it! Please Give the tobacco store a try and you will not be disappointed!
