Honestly, the blunt charge always varies. They donโt even stick to their own prices. I get the same blunts and depending on who is working itโll be a different price. One guy charges a card fee of fifty cents, the others donโt. Itโs a joke. Unorganized. Thatโs not even the annoying part, they say they open at 11:30a.m. Do NOT waste your time, I try to go around 12:30 STILL not open. This has happened to me several times, boo.

weekly customer for over a year. Skinny tall guy is very nice and super friendly. Owner on the other hand, not so much, and Iโve dealt with him only a few times, so he didnโt remember my face, fair enough. As I was checking out he asked me for my ID which I provided, and I simply said โI come here every weekโ and he got defensive and escalated the situation by saying โwhat? You donโt like it? Iโm the owner. Donโt come backโ
Pretty sure he was having a bad day, and considering he owns a smoke shop, it was evident he needed a smoke break, lol.
But as a weekly customer, being treated like that in a place I loved going to, is a slap in the face. So per the owner, I guess I wonโt be going back for my weekly trips there. Iโll take my business to 28th and Harlem, Berwyn Tobacco & Vapes.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAM ALERT! My first couple of visits were great, until I purchased an upgraded battery for my vaporizer from them. When I first used the battery they sold me, it began smoking and emitting a foul smell. I brought it back the next day, and they replaced it with the same type of battery, and I was assured I would not have the same problem. The exact same bing happened with the replacement battery, and when I brought it back the following day and told them what happened, they tried to make it my fault, saying I couldnโt charge the battery for more than 2 hours or it would explode. I know this isnโt true because Iโve used the same type of battery before, and it was not relayed to me the 2 other times I had received a battery from them. After I called them out for their shady practices, they doubled the price of everything in the store assuming I wouldnโt notice. Little did the clerk know that I asked the price of the same item the first time I had my battery replaced the day before. Somehow it went from $40 to $80 in 24 hours...?
Long story short
This place may seem legit, but theyโre products are not safe or legitimate, and if you call them on it, theyโll double the price of everything in the store to spite you. Huge waste of time.

This all happened within the past 3 days. Not 3 weeks. The batteries exploded the first time I used it. You sold me a faulty product, then replaced it with a faulty product. I was going to spend more money at your store because I appreciated that you gave me a different brand of battery, but then you tried to lie to me. And then you tried to charge me twice as much as your other employee quoted me for the same item to try and make back what you lost on the battery you had to replace. Goofy.

Ive been going there since they opened and continue to go there even though there is a few shops much closer to me.
Main reason being i really like the guys that work there and they have every possible flavor of cigarillo and all foilseal packs are a dollar flat!

My first visit and I was in heaven! You have everything, EVERYTHING, I would normally have to go to the North Side to get. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and nice. I'm all about customer service and I was not disappointed.

[Vape shopper, usually just oil refill shopper] Not sure why anyone would give negative review, these guys are always helpful. Will even open a bottle for smells. Prices are exactly right, and they take card. Highly recommended!
