this is my first review on anything, 10/10 staff and ive been back and forth a few times but both Jacob and the other guy i dont his name but they both have given me a great experience, prices are MUCH cheaper than Vapor World in Leavenworth and the Vapor Maven i use to goto every 2 weeks in overland park (35 min away), this store is 5 min from my house and provides the best service someone could imagine, i wish i could give 20 stars rather than just 5

Went there yesterday and was immediately greeted by Mike. We explained our needs and from there, he explained everything. He was super helpful, funny and gave excellent service. He has changed our minds about coming back from this point on. We did have a bad experience about a year ago, but thanks to Mike, he made our experience right on! Good job about hiring informative staff! Plus I love the selection!

Mike is phenomenal. Store is always clean and organized when he is here. He always knows where everything is and very personable. Answers any questions about products honestly. Makes sure everything is working properly before I leave. Will always come here when he is working. Have come a few other times when someone else was here and felt rushed and given attitude. Mike doesn't do that.

Visited on 3/30/22. Best experience I have had. Mike was the shiznit got me into a better vape pod, was knowledgeable of what he was offering. Even setup my pod. Mike has a great way of making you feel like your friends

I go here (entering via vents) and just sort of spend the day crawlin around intaking as much delta product I can get my slimy body onto they think I’m some sort of large slug so they leave me alone and the products I slugest (term for slug digestion) are all really high quality. When I watch them interact with customers from the ceiling the employees seem nice and helpful and they stopped throwing salt at me once they learned that I just catch all the salt with my mouth and eat it making me stronger.

5/5 experience and product the one time I was able to get into the store.
Out of 4 times I have attempted to shop there, 3 times they were closed during business hours. Once seemed to be due to an emergency so that’s understandable.
The second time, the open sign was on and the clerk inside looked at me when I tried to open the door.
I waited for a moment thinking she’d open the door and after about 10 seconds I decided to leave and try again the next day.
The next day, the open sign and lights were not on. An employee appeared to be standing in the parking lot.
I decided not to stop and will try again soon. I’m sure I’ve just had bad timing so I will likely update my review to 5/5 with a couple more pleasant experiences which, based on my one encounter, I believe will be a certainty.
I really love supporting local and would rather shop here than an online warehouse/wholesaler.
