Great selection and fair prices. I used to have to drive all the way to Newtown for my tobacco accessories, but now I can just shoot to Florence and have about the same selection. Prices seem to beat High on the Hill, but I haven't been there in years.

This place is awesome!!! The owner or guy running the shop really knows his stuff. I've been to this shop a bunch of times and never had a bad experience. I think this is the best smoke shop in NKY. Great selection and customer service. I won't shop anywhere else.

Bought the PAX vape kit, $10.00 cheaper than anyone in the Cinti area .
Plus a complimentary aluminum grinder ($20.00) retail. I've only worked with the more mature gentleman, a very nice fellow. Customer first in his store. Has a great inventory also. I and both of my daughter's shop here. Save the drive over the river, come here, he's pretty well got it covered for about anything you want or need.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in for the first time on Friday 4/22/16 looking for a hookah pipe. The representative (Adam) ignored me for 10 mins while I looked at pipes (only us two in this small store). Not sure of what I'm looking for, I even called a friend for a quick pointer and to ask where he bought his at (Adam could hear convo). After being in the store and ignored for so long, I asked him if he was the owner. He looked up and me and replied "Nope, just work here", and put his head back down. I called back today (the following Monday) to speak with a manager, unfortunately I got Adam. He refused to give me the name or information of a manager or owner. Instead, he insisted that I tell him why I wanted the information in the first place. After I told him that I wanted to speak to someone regarding his horrible customer service, he said the following before hanging up on me..
- "It's not my job to hug you and pat you on the back when you come in"
- "This isn't Walmart"
- "You should've addressed me since you had questions"
- "Just don't come back"
It's funny that my experience is so consistent with so many online reviews, and they still haven't gotten the message.. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I will not be back.
