Much larger new location. Staff is very knowledgeable on all products. Prompt service. I’ve been a customer for 3 years. If ever a defective device, contact the company online for free replacement within 90days.

Spent 60 dollars on Hyde bars and was NOT asked to try them in the store, when I got home one of them was completely flooded and non usable. I have all the packaging but the device was covered in liquid and wouldn’t even turn on. I called almost directly after and was met with “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it” very flippantly. I might as well have washed 30$ down the drain.

Definitely disappointed shopping here. I bought a vape here and asked the employee how it was with leaking. He told me that the vape in question was great, didn’t leak much at all… 3 days later the thing is leaking. My last vape was the same price and did not start leaking for 4 months. Sad to say, but i will never shop here again. If I can’t trust your employees to have adequate knowledge of your products and to be honest with me about it, you have nothing i want

I always feel bad when I leave a bad review, but a few days ago something happened that made me sure i stand by this (Photo added). This vape is 2 months old (the cashier told me it would last a year) and the charging port completely dislocated itself when i pulled out the charger. As i said, ny last vape didnt have its first issue until 4 months in. Half that time, and this one is garbage.

I’ve been a customer of vapeology for 4-5 years and just recently they went under new management, they’re new management is JOKE. I spent $35 of one of products that didn’t work, they would not give me a refund or replacement. So not only am out $35 I’m having to have no nicotine. They have lost me and my close friends has customers. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT RESPECT 😅

Great prices. I was suspicious of them so went searching online and found I could only beat their price by a couple of dollars,would have had to wait 5-7 days,plus run the obvious online risk of the package not being what I ordered.

Great place, wide variety of Mods and juices. Staff is extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I never really leave there feeling good about my purchase. Its overpriced with limited selection, and they usually treat u like ur presence is an inconvenience/intrusion. This place shld be everyone's last resort* like papa roach. 🤷🏽♂️

I started coming here when I first started vaping because I didn't know any better. Everytime I go there there are no customers but always seem like your a burden when walking through the door. They rush you to get you out. Tell you anything you want to hear. I had asked questions about the new vapes they had on display and he said "They must be good everyone is buying them" so I bought one.I got out to my car and opened it up and the smell of it was so strong. I took a drag and could not breathe. So I went back in to see if they could swap it out or give me a refund and he said sorry we can't take them back or do anything to make it right.Now I'm stuck with a $30 vape that is disgusting and they have lost my business for good.Empire is the way to go!

Salesman never offered to show me any merchandise. They just acted like they wanted me outa there as quick as possible so they could continue doing whatever I seemed to interrupt. Good juices though, but I couldn't tell you about anything else because I didn't feel wanted there so I didn't stay to look around. All in all, a disappointing experience after traveling 3 hours to get there. Will go to Empire Vape store near by next time.
