This is the best small business smoke shop I've ever been to. Great prices, great selection and amazing customer service. I started going here when I moved to Waltham and will never go anywhere else. One time I went in on a Saturday night and the employee was helping another customer but I left because I decided not to get anything- but came back in three weeks later and he apologized that he wasn't able to help me that night. So thoughtful!!! A new smoke shop opened up down the street but it more expensive and the customer service is mediocre. Juul pods and all glass are great prices. Love it!!

Worst kratom prices in Waltham? $10.50 for 28g is exorbitant. Wholesale price for 1000g is $70. You're missing an opportunity to earn repeat business by charging so much. What a shame
