Yoga With Crystal Rose
Like whoa, I got the Sports Balm, Mint Massage Balm and the Lavender Balm. I love them all so much! I'd say especially the lavender for before bed and the mint for when you need to be uplifted, but they are all super yummy in smell and in my muscles. They really soothe the muscles and help with my lifting and power yoga recovery!

Dear Sandy,
I’d like to tell you about Brownie. We came to know Brownie at Buddy Dog Humane Society in 2017. We were looking to adopt another dog at the time, however, our current family pet Rosie really wanted no part of having another dog in our home. We continued to follow Brownie throughout the years, visiting and making donations to help the shelter with his particular medical needs. We lost our beloved Rosie in 2019 and, as we mourned the loss of her, Brownie became a potential reality for us again. We knew he had health issues, but we fell in love with him.
We finally adopted Brownie and another puppy, Plysha, in August 2019. It was a tough adjustment for Brownie. He has epilepsy, very poor eyesight and severe anxiety. When he came to live with us, he was on three medications and 150 mgs of CBD. As he adjusted to our home, he was having seizures nearly every night, some very severe. Through much searching, we finally found an amazing veterinarian, Dr. Valas of Family Pet Hospital in Ashland. We worked with her to find the right dosing of medicine for Brownie. This process took several months but, when much trial and error, we found a dosage that changed everything for him.
In addition to working with Dr. Valas, I also reached out to Jodi Chapin to discuss putting Brownie on a higher dose of CBD oil. Through Jodi’s work with Irie Bliss Wellness, Inc. we slowly started increasing his dosing of CBD oil. We found his sweet spot at 3500 mgs.
Buddy Dog did an amazing job of treating and loving Brownie and when we adopted him, we continued that work with Dr. Valas, Jodi Chapin and the nurses at Irie Bliss Wellness. With their help, and with Brownie finally in a home where he feels loved and safe, his seizures reduced to approximately every 3 weeks. They are much less severe and don’t last nearly as long as they previously did.
When Brownie came to us, he continually paced around the house, unable to settle. He would isolate himself out of anxiety, never allowing us to hug him and was not very playful. Now he is fully himself, as a happy, loving, spunky, and sassy dog. Having a companion in Plysha has also done so much for him.
Brownie can’t tell us how he feels, but he shows us all the time. We know the combination of being on the right prescriptions and finding the right dosage of CBD oil has vastly improved his epilepsy, anxiety, and his overall health.
