We stopped in on our vacation because our local vape shop doesn't get enough coils in every week so we have been struggling to get some. We can't get them via internet because (Joe Biden signed into law U.S. House Resolution 2471. Thanks Joe. That really helps small businesses and I am sure they love you for it.) we do not have a courier service in our area, and our excellent small local vape shop closed (Thanks again Joe).
Jill was excellent. She was patient, extremely kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to chat with. This is no exaggeration that I walked in with multiple vapes and a list of coils I was looking for. She was wonderful. She took the time to make sure we got what we needed. (She took care of other customers while I was there with my blessing because we had a big order to fill and I didn't want keep anyone waiting.) Jill was amazing. She was just awesome!
The store was very clean and lit well. They have a huge selection of vape products, kratom, cigars (which I forgot to get some - next time for sure), glassware, and other goodies. I wish we lived a little closer because it would make my life easier.
As it stands I am not opposed to making the 2 hour trip to visit here again because the service was just amazing, Jill was amazing, prices were great, just a overall excellent experience. I think I can convince Mrs. Hunter to take the trip with me in a few weeks when we need more coils. I would rather travel 2 hours to go here then spend money at my local vape shop.

Not help full at all there how is it funny when some one gets let go they Assistant manager laughed about it or smile about when you get fired or the assistant manager swearing at you and the store manger don't do anything about it pluse the store manger and the assistant manager clocks in for work and then turned around and leaves and tells everyone I got things to do at home leaves why he is still clock in at work or when you order something and have been waiting for weeks to come in and come to fine out it never got order thats bull even your district manager is rude the store in Cheboygan Michigan needs better people in there and people know how run know what they are talking about on stuff because your assistant manager rocky don't know

Awesome customer service the only flaw about this location is none of the workers know about and of the box mods they have they also don’t carry any coils for the vapes they have but other than that this is the best smoke shop in Cheboygan

If it was possible I wouldn't even give this store 1 star. The sign on the outside of the store staying "all sales are final" is just basically telling you "we sell broken merchandise" checked my bank statements I spent roughly 210 a month at the shop not after my last experience revolving issue and I'm over it. Say bye to that extra 2500 a month WILL NEVER step foot in again. Push your locals away and see where it gets yuh. Probably foreclosed.

Lol this place sells broken glass and incomplete bongs and nectar collectors... when confronting management they wanted me to pay extra to get all necessary things that come with something to make it functional.... ALL GLASS IS 3X NORMAL RETAIL HERE... considering place is under new management... they don't know how to keep their locals coming back they will be closing... I spend close to 1.5k per month here. Not anymore.. we got a new smoke shop in town...
