I’ve never slept “well.” For most of my life I have been a very light sleeper, and most noises wake me up. On fitness trackers when I look at my sleep it would show mostly light sleep, with few moments where I would get “deep” or “REM” sleep, the CBD tincture helps out quite a bit, as does the nighttime CBD capsules.
