I called to take care of a mitten extracts plus vape since it doesn't work. Got told it you have to do it within 24 hours. Says nowhere anything about that. I bought 2 other pens, so considering I only smoke one at a time, how would you know withing 24 hours that all your pens don't work. Maybe if that is how the policy is you should be telling customers that or make them test them before they leave.
