Great selection and great prices. Everyone who works there is very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and gave some really good answers to all of my questions. They do offer drive-through service. You just order online for pick up. We wanted to go in, so we waited in line for about 45 minutes.

They were passionate about helping me find the right bud. Trav was super helpful in explaining the effects. The carts here are the best tasting carts I’ve ever had, no question.

A very pleasant experience. The ladies at the check in were friendly and super helpful. The shopping experience was so good. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and patient with us. The atmosphere was great and we will for sure be back. I’m glad we finally checked it out. Great job Firehouse you picked up a few more customers.

This place is the bomb!!!! Great staff, great product, I want to give a shout out to Sara my bud tender!!!! She was absolutely on top of things and answered all my questions, she knows her stuff for sure. I told her what I like and my price point. Every time I come here, the flower selection seems to be getting better and better. Very fair prices. The flower and pre rolls that I got were very good quality and fairly priced! Travis was the one that helped me out and he was very nice and helpful! I appreciate all of the help from the people there!

Selection and variety is always great. Everyone working is friendly and welcoming. Even on busy days they move smoothly and doesn’t take too long. Shout out to Terry K for his amazing customer service. Had him the last couple times we visited, Will be a returning customer!

I came here for the first time yesterday, and I was lucky enough to have Sara assist me.

She showed me around, was really great at listening to what I was looking for and guiding me to the products that seemed to fit what I needed.

The store itself has carts, gummies, that waxy looking stuff, and my new personal favorite thing: these pot pills. I tried the energy 1 and I have gotten so much accomplished at work today it’s amazing!

Prices seemed good. For a sample pack of those pills I paid $3. They seem to have something in most price ranges.

I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. If it’s your first time they’ll help you figure it out. Great experience!

Usually this place is very nice and the products are high quality. Lately when I've been coming though they seem to be having trouble fulfilling orders (products are often out though you are still allowed to order them online). This last time was particularly bad. I made an order and drove an hour+ there, waited in the drive-thru for 20 min. My order wasn't finished in an hour and a half (usually takes about 15-30 min) so I went up to the window thinking they maybe forgot to say it was ready. They couldn't fulfill my passengers order as all that product was out. I was given the wrong order, when they corrected it they told me the product I ordered was also out. The order I was given incorrectly had a bunch of the same stuff I had ordered. The person who helped me gave a weak apology and asked if I wanted anything else. It would have been a hassle and taken a lot more time to get other things instead as I would have to look over the menu, create another order, wait for it to be finished, come back through and wait in line again. I wish I was notified that they wouldn't be able to fulfill it before I wasted a tank of gas and hours of driving/waiting just to go home disappointed and empty handed. It's a slap to the face of the customer, especially after going to this dispensary for two years now. Reconsidering ever coming back as I can't afford to waste so much time and money casually like that.

Never had a bad experience here, and the loyalty points are a real benefit. Staff is very helpful, won't try to sell you on stuff you don't want, or aren't looking for. Travis has always been helpful when I need that extra opinion. If I did have any complaint whatsoever it'd be to the lack of variety of bulk "good buds," by this I mean buying an ounce of that crazy strain you like, you instead gotta buy it by the 8th, which makes sense because it's prepackaged in those amounts from the suppliers. It's great for strain rotation and trying all the different ones, but if you got a specific strain you really like, you gotta pay that little extra, and you get them in like 10 containers. Not a big deal, just gotta look at more of their bulk options, the prepackaged popcorn buds are worth it by the ounce for sure, but they're really only marketed through the binders.
