I have gone in this store a few times and today I finally met the owner. For a store that gets about 6 customers a day... you'd think he'd be more humble. Lol.
I bought a faulty vape on Monday, by Wednesday (today) it was burnt out and tasted like acid.. I brought it back Wednesday (today) and he told me he wouldn't switch it out because it wasn't the very next day. I told him the vape gets 5000 hits and should not last only two to three days. Even the girl who sold it to me told me to buy that one instead of the breeze vape if I wanted a vape that would last close to two weeks. . He wouldn't switch it out, got an attitude with me and told me all he could do is sell me another vape discounted.. Smart axs must not realize he can send it back and get his money like the corporate stores do. The dispensary does it, as well as every single other tobacco shop. They tell you if it is faulty bring it back and switch it out. It's not like it was a whole week or evn half a week like i was cheefin on it and then decided oh i want a new one. I wasn't asking for anything free. He's lucky i evn came back bc this is the 2nd time i got a weird vape from this store. I paid 20 bucks for a fckkd up vape that lasted two days. All he tried to do was sell me another one.
So i would actually have ended up paying 35 bucks for one vape
that may actually work and one fckd up one. Don't buy sht here. Owner seems greedy and messed up...and RUDE.
Sucks bc I love supporting small local businesses! And every other person in there seemed cool. That's why I gave them another chance, SMH. Too bad their products suck.Never again.
