I really like the staff at Pure X-Hale. I've been to other vape shops and they can be somewhat condescending if I'm asking questions about various things or simply starting from scratch about vaping. I dont visit those shops anymore and I consistently go back to Pure X-Hale because their different from others. The staff wears masks all the time and require customers to do so also. There is a limit of only 2 customers in the store at one time due to covid19 precautions. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

i love the vapes and delta 8 an Thc 0 but can you have more photos of what you got like more pictures of your vape selection especially disposables and Thc 0 carts or if you got any HHC products not the Cigarettes Carts or wax

Got a Juul starter kit and asked through Facebook if they had anything compatible to work in it and they did. So I went to the store and they had refillable juul pods that I could get juice for. Today is day one of putting the cigarettes away and trying this we will see how it goes. Super pleased with their customer service and how helpful they were.

Came in to get some things and waited for the cashier to get done with the person infront of me. Once they were done and walking out had somebody else walk in and get helped before me. The chick at the register straight up ignored me and it was obvious. I said are you for real? Walked out and took my business else where.

Came here to see if they had some pre-built coils for my RTA. Didn't have specifically what I was looking for but left with some new juice I haven't tried before. The younger red haired lady was very helpful and polite! Didn't try to push anything on me and that's always nice! But she suggested this juice for me. Thanks for the suggestion on the juice and thanks for the great customer service! Would recommend this place!
