Coming from a new vaper. Poor customer service and selection of merchandise was horrible. The kids there had no idea how to sell their products. And they were having a little get together in the back, made us feel like an inconvience so we left. Decided to go to the Tabacco store near Walmart. Way better customer service, knowledge of merchandise of e cigs, and just an all over awesome experience at the Tabacco store. I will never go to the pure x hale again.

Honestly, my favorate part about this store is how friendly the staff is.
They are always social, down to earth and just hella friendly.
The products are amazing too of course, but even if there was a bigger store next door. Ide still chose pure x-hale because of their employees.

Awesome guys working there, very helpful. Large selection of juice and mods. Slightly less so tanks, but they carry some nice ones. (Uwell Crown 3, Augvape Druga, some dotmod stuff, etc)
