Had a very ”pleasant” cashier or maybe the owner based on the response think I was from a company? I did not hang up, I was confused because they asked “who I was calling from”?? I’m traveling to see family and I’m going through a state where kratom is banned (WI) and I wanted to get some because I use it for managing stuff instead of prescriptions. (Ohio to MN) I just wanted to know what brands they had because I care about AKA GMP and lab tests for my safety and not every shop or brand offers that. - update. I’ve edited my review to reflect how I’ve been treated… If they have my number they can text me honestly. I have family right on the lake and this shop was the closest so obviously I would call this one. Im very confused to the response. If they text my “land line” for clarification maybe I’ll just consider this mess done

The absolute best vape shop in the Lakes Area! The owners are subject matter experts on every product they offer. I have stood in line a few times, listening to them talking to customers ahead of me about different products, and they REALLY know what they are talking about. I solely go to this shop for Nicotine disposables, but have learned a ton about their other products just by listening to other conversations.
Also, as a side note, absolutely sign up for their rewards system. If you consistently visit Masterpiece Alternatives, you will get some amazing rewards just for being a loyal customer.
Overall, they absolutely blow the competition out of the water on customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. The owners genuinely care about what they sell, and run an incredible business. 5 Stars, and I will always be a loyal customer.

Alex was there to great us and was super prompt to try to help us with our needs. The place was well stocked, had a great atmosphere and couldn't be in a better location
