Med City Vapors

Stopped in this afternoon to find an alternate for my Phix. The lady and two gentlemen were amazing! Their knowledge, attitudes, and social demeanors will definitely bring me back and have me bringing the wife in when she gets down here.

Went here to get more liquid. Kid at counter didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, stood there for 10 min while he helped another person then as I’m about to walk up to the counter out of no where a girl walks in from outside and cuts right in front of me and everybody acts like it’s buisness as usual, I waited 5 more min and then got fed up and walked out. I will never shop here again, I’m buying online. Got 125 ML for 19 bucks shipped black honey tobacco 2 day shipping no exrta charge. So save your money shop online cause This place sucks, the service is terrible unless your one of the kids friends who work there. Mister e-liquid and the vape mall are where I will shop now!

No you’re not my elder, I’m 37. I’m not a competitor and your rude ignorant response shows just how bad your store is. I wasn’t in the day I left the review. That was about a week before. When I was in it was an Asian kid behind the counter and nobody acknowledged me at all. If I was you I would delete that response and maybe try again. You’re just showing other customers how bad your service actually is...

This is the only place I go. They're always helpful with the things I need or questions I may have. I don't order online because I'd rather go here and get what I want rather than product I'm unsure about. Thank you Med City. I hope your business treats you as well as you treat your customers!

what an amazing place, they stock all my favorites for ejuice, victory vapes, maxx vapor, and charlies chalkdust. Even helped me choose a new ejuice. specifically i went there for cbd since i have issues with inflammation and pain in my back from a pinched nerve and carpel tunnel. Also other half has a pinched nerve that has kept him down to where he can barely walk for the last week, with the great knowledge i was able to not only pick out a tincture but a rub for my other half and my brand new cbd vape for myself

Easily (from my experience) the best vape store in town. They have a large, and I mean LARGE selection of flavors that they can make in-store, and a decent selection from other vendors, plus a good selection of atomizers, chargers, tanks, batteries, and starter kits.

What makes this store my favorite, though, is the customer service - at the tobacco stores, I wasn't able to get much help when it came to vaping, and at the other well-known vape store in town, I received...let's just say sub-par service. Even though I was new to vaping, and am still just a casual user, the employees at Med City Vapors always helped answering my questions and did their best to supply me with whatever device would best fit my vaping habits.

The store isn't perfect, but it's far and away the best shop that I know of in town. Still, if you want to hear criticisms, here they are: The shop is a bit messy / disorganized. The in-store flavors are stacked haphazardly on two large shelves, so although there's a large volume of options, it's hard to see the different choices you have, but the employees are usually good at navigating their supply for you. The glass cases are usually filled with various merchandise and don't seem to be organized in any particular fashion, but again the employees will help you find what you need, if they have it. There's also a lot of floor-space that seems to go unused for the most part, but despite that there's still a large selection of products, so I'm not sure what else you'd really use that space for. Well, other than what it's presently used for: friends of the employees hanging out and vaping.

The only other criticism I can think of is that I don't necessarily always feel 'welcome' at the store - there's almost always people (who I assume are the employees' friends) sitting in the couches. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I do always feel like I'm interrupting a conversation when I go in. Still, I'll take some people I don't know over what I've experienced in the other big shop.

So yeah. Good store, might be the best store in town. They're still fairly new, so hopefully they'll improve the layout of the store over time.

EDIT: Oh, man, I didn't even go into pricing. It's very reasonable - I wouldn't go so far as to say 'cheap,' but lower than what you'll get in a lot of other places. Even when buying a lot of juice / a new tank / batteries, I don't feel like I'm massacring my wallet.

Atmosphere was friendly and professional, attentive, and knowledgeable staff, Jason the owner greeted me and my wife personaly, he was very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. He gave me the impression that he's not in the buisness to make a quick buck on the latest fads, but genuinely wants to help people switch from smoking to vaping, and really supports safe vaping. No pressure sales, and was happy to show any product I had an interest in. They have a lounge area if you just want to socialize with other vapers after checking out what's new.
PROS: Prices are the best in town, They carry a variety of Minnesota based ejuice companies that help keep prices down, They have wide variety of set ups from beginner to advanced. They carry wire which I've been struggling to find in Rochester, very cheap replacement coils, my wife picked up some kanger atomizer/coils for less than $5. They carry batteries, they even offer to rewrap your batteries for less than $2, free with inn store purchase, no one else in town will help you with making sure your batteries are safe.The mods are cutting edge he has jaybo RX's, many SMOK products, kanger, the alien kit, Hammer Of God, the first I've seen in a store. Rebuildable RDAs, RTA authentic Wismec/Jaybo, Ijoy/Limitless, Geekvape many clone options, Jason informed me he plans to expand his Authentic Rebuildables selection, I can't wait to see what he picks up. I'm hoping he picks up the Goon, Armageddon, and Twisted messess.
The only CONS I've got with this store is store could have better visability from the road, in store lighting could be brighter as my visit was set night and some of the products were difficult to see in the case.

The guy behind the counter was brutally honest and I appreciated that, his knowledge on vaping is way better that the smoke shop places in town, prices are equal if not better than the online place I shop!! I will be back to Med City Vapors again!!!

Very friendly & helpful guy that works there. Was brand new to vaping when he got me set up and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. :)

There's no other shop in town that can teach you the basics to the most advanced in electronic cigarette usage. Med city has everything you'd expect from a vape shop and more. The owners are truly wonderful people with only your best interest in mind

The are the best vape store in the city!!! Hands down! Just moved here from South Carolina and had a problem with my vape due to the store in SC that gave me a fake battery. They pointed that out to me and gave me a REAL battery. They know what they're talking about and not to mention they have some bomb ass products at a nice price 👍🏽!
