This place is awe inspiring. From the large selection of cigars and zippos to nerd collectables (proudly am one) this place has it all. Great cbd selection. Some pretty neat glassware as well. A+ for whoever put this store together.

I have shopped at the Rochester Smoke Shop for well over two years now. My most recent visit will be my last, and for two major reasons. In my opinion, based on my recent experiences, the customer service has gone from pretty good to a feeling that you’re being there is wasting their time. The second issue is price. I’m use to the idea that you’re going to pay a bit more for something at an independent shop, and if the overall experience is worth it, that’s fine. Unfortunately, when the customer experience goes sour, the up charge is no longer worth it. This morning, out of buyers remorse, I checked online to find one of the items I purchased at almost 50% less at almost every other retailer selling the exact same device. I then found the second item I purchased, an item I had to settle for since they were out of the one I wanted (as tends to be the case with them) was a few dollars more than it had been in the past. This item had been discounted in the past when bought with the first item, so to see it costing more than its usual price when bought alone (when it was not what I intended on buying) was the last straw.
I am a manager in a customer service driven business. I’ve been passing on a lesson I learned from one of my first managers I had, “the customer pays your paycheck”. I almost walked out last night with my intended purchase left at the counter, and this morning I’m regretting not following that instinctive feeling I had. As of today, this customer will no longer be paying Rochester Smoke Shops employees paycheck.

Out of all of smoke shops in rochester this one is by far the best they frequently have great sales and friendly knowledgeable staff I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The selection is best in town. I've been to all the shops in the Rochester area, this shop has the best service by far! That's what keeps me coming back!

I bought two bangers from this smoke shop and both had microfractures in it and when I went to get a refund or an equal replacement they tried to sell me something cheaper and less quality than what I was supposed to get honestly I feel like I got scammed and ripped off I am the most unsatisfied I have ever felt with glassware honestly would not trust with my money ever again when it comes to glass I would go to the downtown smoke shop way better for cheaper price and higher quality plus there are a lot nicer Staff than the ones up north Don't waste your money but there anime stuff is cool though.

Awesome selection of glass, juice, mods etc. at competitive prices. What sets this place apart from the rest is the staff..friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to take care of any questions or problems that may arise, 100% focused on customer care. Can't recommend enough, they have without a doubt earned my business.

Always a great place to go and check the selection, and the employees are helpful and friendly everytime. Only shop I go to and always will.

They have great customer service. Have everything new that you'll need. Just don't have coils for older tanks.
