Only been to the shop downtown,,I really like this place.That guy with the beard (sorry,missed your name) was so helpful. I'm an OG,but he knew so much about the product and all of the ways to use it,,.I was impressed... 5 stars.

I really loved the products they recommended for me ! veronica was so sweet and helped me with exactly what I needed ! the customer service was immaculate, definitely my go to spot from now on !

The guy running the business was very pushy. He wouldn't let us see the products. He told us he was sellling actual thc but ended up selling us delta 8. I give this establishment less than a 1 star review.

Worker was super shady. Wouldn't completely answer questions. Would let us see product. Do not recommend coming here

Used to be chill.

The only location that ever answers the phone is the downtown location. You can call the Hollister and Ozark location all day long and nobody will answer. Just the same automated response, which totally sucks if you're traveling miles to get to their store, because they randomly just AREN'T OPEN.

I was at the downtown location an hour ago. Not open. Why? Couldn't tell you. I lost an hour of my life because I trusted this business. I got exercise, I guess, but I didn't need more exercise, and this has happened SO MANY TIMES.

I'm done. Ordering online from the actual companies from now on. It's not worth it. That was so dumb and annoying.

They market everything minimum 200% it's online value, and usually closer to 260%.

I don't need this business. It's mildly convenient if you're a gambler or in a hurry, but be prepared to be let down and you can't even call in advance to check if they're open. You have to call the downtown store and ask if the other stores are open, which is insane, and I no longer care, and now the downtown location has failed me for the 20th time. I'll do it myself from now on and save money.

Maybe if you open a business and post the *10* hours you're open, at least have someone show up.

This place spreads misinformation and takes advantage of people that don’t know any better. If you ask what the difference between their product and a recreational dispensaries product, they’ll talk you in circles to make a sale. They do NOT have a recreational liscense, this is the equivalent of one fruit stand selling Mangos, and the other selling mango flavored syrup. Technically they’re both mango, but they’re not the same thing. Swin Dispensaries is the artificial mango. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but people have a right to know what they’re putting in their body and info dumping on customers until they believe they’re buying recreational marijuana when it’s a totally different thing- its; unprofessional, greedy, and unethical. This product gives me a headache and affects my mood in a negative way, and despite explaining that, the associate still tried to convince me it was regular ole’ pot. Do not go here for recreational marijuana. It is not what you’d find in Colorado. Using big words to justify misleading people looking for relief isn’t cool!

I love this place! They have great hemp derived products, their prices are amazing and the customer service is stellar! I highly recommend them!
