Customers have had mixed experiences with the store. Some have praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Others have criticized the store for not having a consistent schedule and for not being upfront about the fact that it is not a dispensary. One customer complained that the staff sold them a product they specifically said they did not want and refused to give them a refund.
Overall, 20 After 4 is a health consultancy and store that offers a range of CBD products and information on obtaining a medical marijuana card. While the store's hours are inconsistent, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Customers are advised to call ahead before visiting and to be aware that the store is not a dispensary.

The person that was there was fairly friendly, but there needs to be a sign on the door or a pinned post on their Facebook page that they are not a dispensary yet. And maybe their hours, too. They don't really post on Facebook so there's not really a way to get a heads up if their hours change either.
The hours here on Google were wrong, so I had to go there twice and call to get in before I realized there was only CBD and other items you might expect from a head shop. It was the first thing he told me when I got in, though, so I do appreciate that. I've submitted a request on Google to update the hours to match their Facebook page, so people shouldn't have a problem with that part anymore.
I empathized with the owner and said I hate that they've had to wait so long on getting approved by the state. I told the person that I really feel for them and it has to be really hard to keep a place open despite that extensive costs of having such a large building. As a fellow small business owner, I know it's really hard to tread water when you have such a tough start. I made a small purchase for his troubles despite having no real interest in CBD.
However, when I asked if there was any other places in town that might be able to help me, he told me there were no open dispensaries in town. This is absolutely not true. I understand it's essentially referring me to the competition, but it's like a pharmacy being out of your prescription and telling you that nowhere else in town has it. The place I went to afterward had been open for weeks, so I highly doubt a business owner was not aware of this after waiting two years to get approved.
I really wanted to like this place, but after seeing that the other one I went to is much more clean and in line with what I've seen in much larger cities, I don't think this place is for me. I'll happily pay more for a more organized and honest operation. I don't have a lot of time to run over to a place just to see if it's open and find out that it doesn't have what I'm looking for, but I will take the time to correct the hours and write this review if it will save someone else a headache.
I will gladly support any local place in town, and I prefer to do so — I would have gladly patronized this place as soon as they got approved. I tried being friendly, I just don't like being lied to, and I'm not going to believe a claim that they were ignorant of competitor opening in town.
I understand I don't look like their typical clientele but I do have money to spend and so do a lot of other card holders — we don't like being treated like we're stupid. Regardless, I hope they have a lot of success with their business because supporting local businesses is a win for the city either way.

Owner was on site when we went in today. He is very friendly and knowledgeable on not only the products they have, but the ones they are getting. Nice to have a shop this close to Maryville with reasonable rates and great service! Going back next week to pick up a gadget he showed us and was willing to hold back untill we could come back. Thanks again for the great experience!

I find this a place with friendly, educational and up to date info on the CBD items. Along with useful info on how to get your medical marijuana card. Even a qualified physician to get you started with the legal prescriptions and evaluation. Very friendly and willing to share their knowledge.

As a person with little knowledge of CBD I want in to see what they have and the staff was awesome. He was able explain products to me as well as suggestions, he even printed out info for me to take home to read on my own. I will be a returning customer

Terrible experience. The guy didn't know what he was talking about. I told him I wanted something a little higher than the 300 I had been using. And I told him I cannot do thick liquids so I had to stay with the oil. Every question I asked he had no answer for and he reached way up above the shelves, grabbed the only bottle up there and said this is the best we have, its 1000. Again I asked if it was regular oil because I cannot do thick liquids. He told me it was no different than the consistency of the 300 I was taking. Anyway besides the guy not knowing anything, he sold me the thickest, black tar substance that was so thick it wouldn't come out of the bottle when I tipped it upside down. I called to tell him that he sold me the wrong thing because I specifically told him what I wanted but he didn't listen so I needed a refund. Ha, they jipped me and I don't get my money back which was a lot of money. I'll definitely be getting ahold of the person/people that will do something about it. The BBB is a good place to start. Every other REAL CBD oil companies have refunds. This 4 after 20 does not. So beware because they ripp customers off.
Yes it did make me sick because I was given something I specifically didn't want or asked for. So as you have skirted around my whole point of a REFUND because as I stated, all other legitimate CBD sellers have refunds for their customers who didn't like the product, get full refunds because they "take care" of their customers whether its been opened or not. That's what real businesses do for their customers who don't like their product. Plus you should have employees that know everything about what they're selling so that others don't have the same bad experience as I had. So again, if you're going to sell products but a customer is given something that they specifically made very clear they did not want, then as a legitimate business who should take care of their customers (as ALL legitimate businesses do)
and make it right. But all you're doing is making up excuses to cover your own a**. So as I said in my first comment/review, not giving customers who are supporting your business full refunds will definitely fall in the hands of the BBB and Fox4 news crime/scammers stoppers so that this will not happen to anyone else.

Miguel and the guys are doing a great job, we need more people to support our neighborhood stores. Only thing, it's only CBD. Hope they get their certification!!!
