"B-Town Vapes & Glass Heights offers a superstore experience. Launched as our 2nd store in August of 2020. You can find all your favorite vape and glass needs at this location. If one of our other locations don't have it greatest chance our heights location does! Super friendly faces and an amazing Atmosphere. We are so thankful to have you part of our extended family."

Excellent customer service and honesty! I recently left my wallet on the counter of the heights location and didn't realize it was missing until the next day. In a panic, I called b-town vapes, and they said they had my wallet. Not knowing what to expect, I rushed there to find out no cash was stolen, and no cards were used! The staff there is the best! It's a rarity to see people do the right thing anymore! Big shout to the dude that returned my wallet.

Worst vape shop I've been to. Employees are more interested in what they are doing or avoiding older customers all together. Never again will I ever shop or try to or would I recommend them to anyone. Cloud V.apes is the best.
This has nothing to do with past employees or drama, this is my own personal experience. This has happened in both the Heights location but the worst was at your Broadwater location, i wasnt even acknowledged Thank you very much

Just left B-Town's Vapes second location it's so awesome ! They did an awesome job on this place, I'm so happy there up in the heights now, but I would still drive to the Broadwater one for the best customer service/ products/ and for all they do for the community. The heights location has awesome great different products plus still has what I love. Congratulations you guy's the heights people are so lucky to have you up there now! The place is so cool and the customer service is over the top just like you would expect. It's great that your in two location's because I live in the heights and work on 24th Street so now I'm set you guy's made my life so much easier your the best 💕💓😘🥰. I wish the best for your new store.......
