I bought a cartridge that didn't work right out of the package. I called & was told to put a paperclip in it as they can sometimes get clogged. That didn't work, so they said they could attempt to unclog it (as sometimes it can be a little thick) but if that didn't work than I was out of luck as they don't do exchanges. This was my FIRST & LAST experience with this dispo. If I could give it a 0, I would.

Worst place to shop at, already have had me on file and have talked to the state and they won’t take me in because don’t have the physical copy but other employees have sold to me and also told me diffrent things. The owner or manager I talked to was very rude and was just trying to push me off the phone.
