I ended up in Hamilton, MT, and came without enough vaping juice for the duration of my month long trip. I thought for sure I would have to travel somewhere further away to find some ecig juice. Well, I hopped on google and it pointed me to "Glass Cave" I walked in the door and was greeted by an exciting girl from behind the counter. She showed me different items, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am extremely impressed with the customer service that was found here. I recommend this place to anyone, and they even have tons of cool stuff to browse and check out. 10/10 will be back again. Thanks for that outstanding customer service!

This was far from the first place we went to to buy some vapping products and the first place we actually bought something lol. Walking in being so ignorant of what we needed or even wanted was no problem. The young lady never skipped a beat with educating us on various products until we found our perfect "match." You know it is really awesome when you visit a place for the first time and leave having made new friends, and feeling happier and better then when you came in. It's a great feeling when you walk into an establishment and are greeted with warm smiles and excitement. The customer service is so amazing that it makes you want to come back even if you don't plan on buying...lol. It's really great that they have a wide variety of products and accessories... And if they don't have what you are wanting or looking for they go out of their way to make sure they can get it for you, and at a very competitive price. They are so kind and are so great to deal with and any reasonable deal they can make they will hook you up until you are fully satisfied. (Not sure what the issue was in a previous review about awful service; but they have CONTINUALLY gone the extra mile and put in the extra work to make sure we were 110% happy.) We are always going to purchase our desired products from them and none other. I have gone even as far as browse other "vape shops" seen what they had, gone back here and got It ordered. The character of a person or "company" will make or break! Your character will keep us and our family members coming to you ;) It is so awesome to see a family business like yours to strive in our community. You are so amazing and we thank you so much. I went in to the glass cave, with lot of old Vapes that I had bought from other Vape shops, and was just frustrated with how they didn't work correctly, and was not what I needed.
William behind the counter ,helped me pick what I needed and even was willing to talk to my Son on the phone and between the two they figured out what I needed, he even went the extra mile of putting it all together adding the juice and setting it to the settings that I needed !

I got it home and I love it , it is perfect , finally after I don't know 5 or 6 Vapes I bought from other shops, William sold me what I have needed all along !!!

Absolutely fantastic place. They help you out with whatever you need and sometimes will give you a couple bucks off if you need it. They treat you pretty well there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
