I've bought tons of things from this store, for me and my kids. I recently went in and bought yet another Pulsar Wax Pen from them. It didn't charge, I called them. Then owner said absolutely no refunds. That I had to go through pulsar. My pen doesn't have a serial number in the box. I called them, thankfully the girl was trying to be helpful , but had no idea where a serial number would be located. I contacted pulsar, and unfortunately without it I'm out 80$ THANKS KARMA Korner
