Groove goes above and beyond for its product and customer service. A few buddies and I stopped by on the way to whitefish and one of the rosin carts wasn’t firing the right way. The awesome guy working, Marshall, took time out of his night to replace the misfiring cart with a new one. Great customer and service and great product.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! They are not friendly and their products are subpar. If you believe in quality over quantity stay away from here with a 10 foot pole. This place does not represent what Missoula has to offer or its true identity.

Today I bought a $50 cartridge and I got to my car to test it and it didn’t work. So I went back inside to get a new one and the budtender told me they don’t guarantee there cartridges and once they leave the store they can’t do anything . I cant test it on site so if they don’t work your out $50. I won’t be going back to this dispensary anytime soon if it’s a 50/50 chance there Products will work.

The best products with the most flavor. The Solventless Cartridges have no equal. I have learned so much about solventless products from the Groove staff. Purple Punch & Sundae Driver are my current favorites but I have yet to try all of the strains. I love that you are able to smell & examine the various strains in their showroom.
