This place is AMAZING! I have been shopping there for a few years, and have never had a bad experience. Staff is very Knowledgeable, and very personable. Was in there today, and their new Employee Shawn, was very helpful, and nice. Can’t wait to go back and see what color his eyes are next time.

The reason they do not let you return is because their product is garbage. My delta cartridge fell apart and they won’t replace it. I spent my money on an employee recommendation, a 2g delta cart. It worked for less than 2 hours. I live 40+ minutes away so I couldn’t come to town right away to let them know. When I came in I showed it to him he said they don’t refund but he made sure to let me know I can spend more money on new stuff. My friend went in just 2 days prior and they refunded him a new product. 0/10 customer service didn’t even try to help or do anything about the issue. 0/10 on product as well. Nothing but issues here. Someone could have at least tried to help.

Those guys took really good care of me over there, I went in looking for a certain type of banger, and not only did I find it, but they even gave me a discount! I definitely left happy. Highly recommend checking out their new store!
