The Healing Panda - Henderson - CBD Dispensary

I'm not usually into this type of food joint but it was close to work so why not. The food was decent, price was reasonable, and service was good. The food wasn't amazing to me personally but it was better than other places I've gone before. I recommend it, and I'll probably go again for the convenience!

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way around! Taste is extremely smooth, the effects work quickly and thoroughly, and the customer service is top notch! Kenny Knoll helped me with the purchase, sent me a picture of the tracking number for my order and it arrived early! 👊

My wife and I where looking forward to having lunch here today, and while gent who took our order was nice enough we waited over 25min for a wrap and burger both quite lackluster, and it's not because it was a full house when we walked in there was only 3 other people on one table who where already eating.

To be honest, watching the kitchen staff mosey around with 0% hustle was really disappointing more adding insult to injury the people who walked in 10 after us where severed their food 5 min before us, for an almost identical order.

Sucks to say but we won't be back

thanks for taking the time to get back to us, i understand that you are busy and that reviews are not always fun to deal with, i run a company that services over 6000+ clients a week so i know how rough it can be

Firstly can i suggest that you change the way you look at reviews, people i can see that you have come back at this quite aggressively, i would suggest this is not the best way to deal with the situation, a negative review is an opportunity to turn a customer experience around, obviously they are engaged with you, so now you have the opportunity to gain a customer not loose one by asking them why, and how you can do better, this approach will most definitely yield you better results, also in a public form like google will show potential customers that you are a company that they want to deal with, that is progressive and can listen to your clients and work with them.

Around this comment just so we are clear on what has happened here, yes i ordered first, and yes my wife took her time to order and I but the fact remains the time stamp from my wifes order (which was put in last) was 11:53, we didn't get out food till 12:20, and that was for a veggie burger and a Wrap, those are the facts

You can agree or disagree but, if you would like to as you said you can go back and check your cameras and maybe this will give you some closure so please do, but let me ask you this, regardless of if its a minute either side do you think that you have handled this in a manner that would inspire me to come back and give Great Grubbing another try? isn't the aim of commerce to transfer the money in my wallet into your register? and do you feel that after this interaction that there will be any chance of that in the future? or when someone says, hey let's go grab some lunch i will put forward your establishment as a recommendation, or even more to the point when someone else suggests we head there that my input will be positive, and inspire them to head to your location i would suggest at this junction not.

i hope that if nothing else this input will help you fine tune the way you deal with feedback.

The eczema soap is amazing! I could tell a difference from the first time I used it. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Kenny is amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable about the hand crafted goods that are all made in house! Our dad is trying out the Anti-inflammatory oil for neuropathy and other pain.

I love that they have organic bone broth! More restaurants should carry this! A salad was all I ordered but it was delicious!

This cafe has the only gluten free and healthy foods that I like. Try their coffee anything. Its all good.
