Politely called the store to verify if they sold a product. Arrived to store 30 minutes later, shopkeeper saw me waiting outside signifying that I was there for a pickup and had no cell phone service to call. Explained that I had called literally 30 minutes earlier that I was coming to pick up the product. Very unprofessional and complete waste of gas and time. Very disappointed

Went to Puff Smoke shop in Long Branch and explained a bad experience I had at a different vape shop and Puff Smoke Shop made my experience very easy. Also, everything at Puff Smoke Shop is significantly cheaper (from what I saw 15%-20% cheaper than The vape shops in the area) and is a much nicer, cleaner shop.
To whoever reads this, please support your local businesses that treat their customer right. Puff Smoke Shop's employees are very accommodating and the owner clearly cares about how customers are treated.
