The prices on mods at this store are awesome, some kits I can't even find online to match the price. The juice is awesome too because I can get it at any level of nicotine I want, lots of other stores, online or not, have limited selection in that. Plus, getting 60ml of juice for $23.60 (after tax) is pretty cheap.

Has a lot of cool stuff. Very helpful for a town that is so secluded. However, I bought my e-cig offline and didn't know very much about vaping, so I stopped by and the owner was extremely rude. Using curse words about how bringing in a device that I didn't buy from him was "rude" when i was simply trying to educate myself on the topic. He said,"it's like buying a Toyota and going to a Ford dealership and asking how it works." Well dude, I'm pretty sure they would be accommodating because they want good reviews so they get good business. He really needs to understand what customer service means. He still served me, but beware when u go in there because the guy is horribly rude and crude.

Why 5 stars? Let me run down the reasons why...
-Awesome customer service (Darrin-owner of Gator's L.A. Vapor does his best to make eye contact & greet every customer who walks in the door, even when he is busy with another customer).
-Authentic products (no knock-offs or refurbished brands sold).
-Great selection of e-juices (all made in the U.S., not China, I asked)
-Competitive prices (I have shopped "off of the hill" and have found the prices at Gator's to be right around the same as other stores).
-Professional atmosphere (unlike other places I have been to in Santa Fe/ Albuquerque that were staffed by 20-somethings who sit around, talking to their friends who hang out at the shop rather than taking care of the customers, trying to figure out who can make the biggest "vape cloud").
-Convenience (it is nice to not need to drive outside of Los Alamos to get my e-cigg supplies)
I'm pretty picky about where I spend my hard earned cash and Gator's has earned my loyalty.

Stopped in for the first time a few days ago. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got exactly what I was looking for for a great price.

Not a bad vape shop but prices are unacceptable. I suspect they're so high because they're the only vape shop in town. Expect items to be marked up to 350% of what's commonly found in vape shops. $20+ for a 30ml. $16 for two TFV8 coils. Online, I can find 5 TFV8 coils for $9. Spend your money elsewhere.

Owners got an attitude problem, can't take constructive criticism, can't answer questions properly, more in it for the money, not the people. And now we have been kicked out of the store and are not allowed back in.
