I used to go to ultra health regularly until the heavy set lady was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. The nice male budtender had to apologize for her, I will never go back. Plently of other dispensaries with welcoming staff around Roswell to go to. Wish I would of got her name to complain to corporate.

Ok first off have to say this so called "manager" at this store is such a joke!!! As I walked into the store and stood at the front desk to be checked in I had to wait bc she was to busy bad mouthing a patient that had called in to complain to another patient, so if that isnt bad for business but just straight up unprofessional. Then after waiting for 30 plus minutes in a tiny uncomfortable waiting room which didnt have adiqute chairs to start with. I finially get called back only to find out that they were all sold out of the product I desired to which was extremely upsetting so *I made mention that maybe it would be nice to have a menu that you update that way patients know what the inventory is and they dont wait and waste there as I felt I did that day. Never going back to Roswell Ultra Health ever again!!!!!

Usually love them for prices but called to let them know I was passing through from out of town and if they could stay open til 7. Got to store at 6:58 and doors were locked.

The tenders weigh out bud in front of you. No premeasured packaging that was weighed when it was wet (and closed in a permeable package). Ultra is the real deal folks.... no washing or shaking... clean bud that sparkles in the light. Best bud in town hands down!

I used to love going here, but now i no longer recieved my veterans discount on flower, because y'all claim it's already sooo low priced, I'm still a disabled veteran, that y'all claim to give a discount to, for this I'll never go to ultra again.. it's a slap in the face to all veterans not just me... what's funny is Greenleaf right down the road has no issue and i always get my discount... and i will tell every veteran i know to avoid ultra health, and i know a bunch... not our fault you had to lower your prices and stop price gouging all because greenleaf has better medicine, prices, and staff... farewell ultrahealth..i pray you get your sense of morals back.... till then duces...

High price for very low quality flower. Have been disappointed every time I've gone. Last time I went was sold dehydrated leaf as gorilla glue bud, no refunds. Will never go back and will advise others to go to PVP.
