After having an epic on an Adirondacks ice climb (getting stuck in the dark rappelling in -10 degree weather and rushing back down the mountain with my rope coiled and just thrown over the back of my neck.) I had some very noticeable neck and back pain. For the next two hours I tried stretching my strained muscles to no avail. The pain just wouldn't go away. Then I remembered that I had a jar of full spectrum sun med topical cream. I had been yet to try anything of the sort and although hearing of all the aches and pains it made disappear in my family from arthritis pain to a sprained back I was still skeptical. But my back and neck were killing me so I gave it a shot and slathered some on the affected areas. Not even 5 minutes later I was back to 💯. No pain or soreness it just disappeared. THIS STUFF IS MAGIC!
