Jan 9th update- After complaining they panicked, quickly sent a package, but the oil is the wrong product. (!) Laughable scammy company. Pretty much non existent customer service. When I call the shop multiple times to talk to someone no one picks up and isn’t a voicemail service to leave a message. Steven Phan and Waseem Ghattas co-founders who will take your money and offer little else. No wonder all the retail shops closed. (They’re probably broke). AVOID.
Jan 5 2023 update- orders placed in late Dec are not being delivered, chat person claimed USPS lost 25 orders, I wasn’t offered a fast replacement or refund. Seeing retails shops have all closed (east 11st closure is supposedly temporarily) I’m feeling ripped off and wonder if they’re in financial trouble. The product I’ve bought previous seemed to have worked but service is unreliable. Buyer beware.
Previous summer 2021 review: Relieved the OG Kush 1,500mg CBD full spectrum 1oz bottle is back in stock. Bought for a friend who has high stress (even suffered an anxiety attack from it) this helped within 15 minutes and muted other surges. Doesn’t leave any downside residual effect, helped with sleep, mood stabilization, work focus and concentration.
I’ve even recommended it to another friend who recently lost a parent to covid, is deeply grieving.. therapist recommended CBD but wasn’t allowed to recommend a specific brand.

Holy moly! These products are a heaven sent. I suffer from chronic back pain and I finally tried these guys. It seems so good and the relief is unbelievable. I bought a eucalyptus balm for myself and I'm getting two more for family. Honestly, everyone should feel at their best and the come back daily is making that possible. Thank you!
