Came in to buy Pods for the Novo X, the girl working there got them for me and I asked her if those were the right ones because I didn't have my device with me and she said yes. I get home and they were too small, she sold me the wrong ones. I go two days later to exchange them and Christian the manager wouldn't exchange them because I didn't have the receipt. That is really poor management, even though the associate admitting that she gave me the wrong ones in front of the manager and he still wouldn't exchange it without a receipt. Horrible management, will never go back.
