Apotheca - CBD, Delta8, & Kratom

I have ordered disposable VAPE pens since I discovered this company with no problems. It wasn't until the last batch of 4 I ordered where the pens looked different and they were burning the oil brown/yellow. This was very concerning (as this is a prime sign of counterfeit products) and I posted an honest review on this website then (Feb 8th.) The owner quickly commented saying it was "strange and bad" and for me to contact them so they could replace a pen. (Pic of original review and owner reply attached to this.) We emailed a bit and the owner said he/she would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. They also sent me a new pen and I mailed back the first one that was burning brown. (Much appreciated.) This was over a month ago and not only has the owner not followed up with me, their reply to my original post changed to simply say "As far as counterfeit goes, we buy all our Drip products directly from Drip themselves, not a reseller. It is likely they just upgraded hardware." I believe in spending my money at places that deserve it- since I can spend my hard earned money anywhere. I have spent nearly $600 here and it upsets me to see Apotheca obviously doesn't want my business anymore. There is something very sketchy about the DRIP pens (and this was even acknowledged by the owner when he/she replied originally saying that was "bad".) The owner simply went back and changed his/her original reply and never got back to me again. Very sketchy way to do business, disrespect to customers by changing replies to reviews and no follow-up to the concerning prospect they're selling sketchy DRIP products. I'm not spending my money here anymore and I've shown these very concerning products to those I've referred to Apotheca- I think we're all surprised that a legitimate business is selling stuff like this and has no problem with it. I ended up with 3 half-used pens with yellow/brown oil that I just threw away and I'm upset I supported a business that doesn't want/need my support. Products like this reflect why opponents (to THC, hemp, etc.) don't want this market to grow, and this business has been made aware of a possible issue but has chosen to look the other way and not take it seriously.
