Can't put zero stars, otherwise I would. It was 10 minutes before they closed and talked with Taylor. I had purchased something not but 30 minutes before and the size of it was incorrect. So I needed to come back and get something else to go along with it. I told them I knew they closed soon and that it would more than likely be a couple minutes after they close when I get there and I was assured that it would be okay. When I got there however it was 4 minutes after they closed. Even though I was assured that "they got me" I was not allowed in and then informed that they can't let anybody in after close no matter what. So, either A.) The employees don't communicate the rules well to one another or B.) I was mislead and then wasted gas and a hot meal on the misleading words of someone else. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and will get what I need elsewhere.

Laura at high life is the best She is always smiling she knows her information about the products in the store. I highly recommend Laura for all your needs at high life.😊 so do yourself a favor if you stop by ask for her she will always have her smile on and very eager to help you with all your needs!!!!!!! You will be pleased with her!!!😊 I am always that’s why I always come back to her for all my needs 🌈

The staff is fine but the products always break (only products from high life) and I have been sold a reused item, I know it to be used as not only was half the container missing, but there were also very clear scratches showing where it had been used. Since they have a no return policy I've been SOL with a lot of items from this insanely shady place. Not to mention every time I go I see at least one very tweaked out customer, it's just a shady creepy place honestly I never feel safe here it feels like you need protection just to enter the store. I will never return because of the poor item quality and I dont want to get injured or something weird go down while I'm there

I love that when I walk in they automatically know what I want, grab it for me and have it ready at checkout. That’s real customer service and I will never go anywhere else. Ene is seriously the best. I come by at least twice a week and she always looks happy to be there and is beyond sweet and friendly!
