Went to buy a product that was part of a 50%-off sale but when it was scanned by the employee working it showed up as full price. I was told there was nothing that could be done by the employee working, and that a manager was the only one that could fix it. I was told I would have to come back at a later date. That's not how retail works. This location used to be locally owned, and I doubt I would have had this issue in the past. Luckily, it's not the only headshop in Salisbury. Avoid this chain and support local business. This was first and last experience with High Life. I intend to inform my friends and all I come in contact with on this issue and direct them to them locally owned headshop down the street.
