High-life is a great place to buy vapes, vape accessories, juices, water-pipes, pipes, and anything else you could possibly need. The staff are helpful and the store is clean. My favorite thing about the store is their massive selection. Anyway, Taylor was super helpful when I came in to stock up on juice. Couldn't decided between fruit or desserts. He suggested Mad Man

Went to buy a battery for my pen. Got one and figured it just needed charging. After charging it all night it still wouldn't turn on. Called about just exchanging it for another one and they would not stand behind their product because I didn't have a receipt for a $10 item. If this is the customer service they offer I would rather pay a little higher price. They just lost themselves a potentially good customer. Service like this and they will be shut down before you know it.
