DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUDE SERVICE!! I specifically asked for a vape pen and show the clerk one like the one I was asking about, she told me they did not carry that type of vape and sold me a smok AIO vape. All I had was trouble with the smok AIO couldn't get it to fully charge and the battery got really hot. On my first 60 mile trip the clerk gave me a new charging cord as he thought it might be that. It charged but the battery was still getting really very hot and the hot oil was popping out of the spout as well as sounding like it could blow up at anytime. As a matter of fact the juice popped out on my lip and burnt it. So I called the store and the owner told me to bring it back. So the next day the second 60 mile trip, I took it back only for the clerk to show me the pen I had originally asked for telling me that the best they could do was give me 15% off the pen style. I would have to eat the 35.00 for the smok brand as they did not want to return my money. When I wanted to pay the difference between the 2 she told me 15% off the pen was the best they could do for me. So I made a few threats of a charge back and she called the owner and in turn told her to go ahead and have me pay the difference AND NOT TO RETURN!!! On the way out I made a comment to my friend, the clerk over hearing me replied "you got what you wanted" taken by surprise with all of this, my reply was "a happy customer is a returning customer, just did not seem to matter. I am a store owner and would have never treated a customer as rude as I was treated.
