Great place for your smoking needs. Service is great, and their selection and pricing is above most places in the area. One of my favorite places around.
Unfortunately have to rate a little lower, as my last experience wasn't so great. Got a glass piece that was cracked badly, inside the chiller selection. Couldnt see it on the outside though. Also paid for an RAW ashtray that they charged and forgot to put in bag.
To be fair, they most likely didnt want to put it in with other glass pieces due to how heavy it was. Had three bags full of purchases, so was just forgotten. Giving it a lower rating though, as no one answered or return any of calls or messages.
I still really recommend this place to anyone. Just really going to have to pay attention next time, and disappointed Im out $200 on my last purchase. Its a sting that will take a bit to get over, but I know I'll be back.
To their credit, Im sure it would have been taken care of if I was able to go back to the store that day or during the weekend.

Staff is really eager to help out any first time people getting into hookah ownership. Very knowledgeable and friendly overall. Won’t try to make you buy things you don’t need. Prices for tobacco are very low considering what they go for at other places. This will be my main stop for all things hookah.
