The customer service here is BAR NONE. I’ve been to vape shops in 10 states, now the selection was vast but different from what I’m used too. This forced me to find a new juice being they didn’t have any I’m used too. Long story short, the juice was not my taste at all. So I returned the next day. Fully expecting to buy a disposable and call it a day.
That is until RANDY had found the juice I was looking for and GAVE it to me at no cost.
Never had that happened before in any of the maybe 50 vape shops I’ve been to. Thanks VaporWorld, you guys are champions!

The store is well stocked, the staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are fair. After smoking for 30, I decided to try gaping to help with quitting. The clerk was very helpful and he knew what would work best for me.

Stopped in to check it out. Wanted to switch over from smoking to vaping. I believe it was the owner, asked me what I was interested in. I had no clue. He explained the difference of tanks, dripper and mod types. He showed me some started kits and recommended a couple of box mods that were able to run both tank and dripper. He sold me everything I needed. Came back a week later, I needed a larger tank cause it's hard to fill the tank at work. They had the one I needed. These guys are awesome. Every time I go in with questions, they have the answer and have always helped me out. Prices are very comparable to everyone in town. Their house juices are very good. I have bought all my stuff from them and will continue to do so.

Yeaaaah so, this place was highly unprofessional. I came in to buy coils, and e-liquid. One of the men is letting me smell the e-liquids, and spills the one I ended up buying, HE spilled it, not I. So he then takes apart my piece just to show me that an atlantis coil will work for my tank, he burns the coil, no biggie he didn't sell me that obviously. He did sell me the unsealed, spilled, bottle of liquid. Took a dollar off thinking I wouldn't mind. Looks like he was trying to hide the fact that he sold me the spilled bottle. I checked the bottle after the transaction was made, and he nonchalantly says he took a dollar off as if it was no big deal that he just sold me an unsealed bottle. I do not recommend this place for anything, at all. AHHHH. i then call in because not only did he sell me the unsealed bottle but it was the wrong level of Nico, I ask what can be done he gets on the phone, pretty much tells me it's somehow MY fault that he did his job incorrectly, very passive aggressive tone, very rude. - Shelby A. Used to be my main vape shop till i quit going there ..heres why .. Guys would take my number to call me when juice comes in in 2 days (sammy tucan) then 3 days later no call so i drive there and find out they aredy sold all of what they ordered like are you serious .... I miss the old days when moe and eleazar and amir worked there these were reliable guys .... The new staff just wants to eat and watch tv all day
