Very nice customer service, could not ask for better help, the dry leaf vaporizer I purchased is perfect, I did not get your name young lady but you were great at not trying to over sell me , my son thanks you also, we will be purchasing more products.love nature's way glass, and beautifully blown glass pieces.

I really like the place, they've recently moved to the back so the store is way more bigger the people are really chill and if you have questions they do pretty good on answering them the only reason it's a 3 star and not a 4 or 5 is I feel that the prices are kind of high I've got similar stuff at other stores that were way cheaper, the bowls aren't too bad but any bigger glass items I feel they charge more for, the only time I would say to buy bigger items or accessories is if they are doing a sale but I never know when they are doing a sale..

Hours lie. Came from far away for peak supplies and each day I came it was closed when it clearly says open. Hire more responsible employees.

The owner and employees are always very kind and ready to help. I've even seen employees researching new items and methods of glass work just to stay relevant and on top of the glass work knowledge.
I had some manufacturing issues with a pen purchased through Natures Way Glass and they were able to assist quickly and painlessly. We all know how hard it can be to get the retail shop to assist in problems like these. I'm so grateful to have Natures Way Glass fam to turn to for all my smoking apparatus needs. In addition, their CBD selection is always growing and is already a great display. Tried and tested products with knowledgeable people on site to ask about any CBD concerns or questions. Expensive. BUY THE BEST QUALITY, HAND BLOWN, ONE OF A KIND GLASS AND ALL YOUR SMOKING NEEDS. WORTH THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS FOR QUALITY AMERICAN MADE GLASS. NOT THE CHEAP CHINESE MACHINE MADE, BUBBLE FILLED CHEAP GARBAGE.

One of the nicer glass shops in the area. They have a massive collection of glass and many other things to look at. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Awful. I'm not even sure where to start with this sub-par, dinky shop. Terrible customer service, no help in selecting glass, everything is extremely overpriced, the guy there didn't even make eye contact with me and had a really snappy attitude. Don't come here, not worth your time by any means. Order your glass online for better prices and an actual description of what you're purchasing.

The prices were outrageous. I wouldve given a zero star but that wasn't an option. There was a piece in there that anywhere else you go wouldve cost at the very most $10 and the guy tried telling me $60 for it. Will never go back everythig is way overpriced and the quality isnt that good. Whoever is dumb enough to buy something from here, deserves to be ripped off like custies do!
